Kai Murphy, Devin Ortiz and Tyler Robertson each had four hits and drove in a combined six runs as visiting Fort Wayne blasted a season-high 19 hits in a 10-6 win over Lansing on Friday at Jackson Field.

Right-hander Braden Nett got the win, giving up one run and five hits in five innings. He walked three and struck out five in improving to 5-2. The TinCaps moved their record to 49-75 (21-37 second half).

Nett added on to an outstanding stretch in which he has posted a 1.77 ERA in 35 2/3 innings over his last seven starts since July 26. He has given up more than one run just once in that stretch.

The TinCaps jumped out to a 6-0 lead after two innings thanks to a pair of RBI singles from Robertson, a two-run double from Ortiz and additional RBI hits from Ethan Salas and Nick Vogt.

Salas, the No. 1 Padres prospect, went 2 for 5 with a double, drove in a run and scored twice. Seventeen of Fort Wayne's 19 hits were singles. The TinCaps, who have struggled much of the season with clutch hitting, went 10 for 15 with runners in scoring position.

Robertson, Murphy and Ortiz combined to score five runs. Robertson had his sixth multi-hit game in his last seven contests and extended his hitting streak to seven games. In that stretch, he is batting .567 (17 for 30).

Eight games remain in the TinCaps' season. They have split the first four in their six-game series against the Lugnuts.
